The date is here! Friday 21st May 2021 is our FINAL night!
We'd like to say a HUGE thank you to Tony & Trish from Bali Hai, for one, taking us on and giving us a go as first time restaurant owners 😍 you have been nothing short of amazing! And two for fighting for more time for all of us to keep operating for the public, especially the park and the new potential owners ease of transition... You tried, so thank you I'm sure, from everyone!
Also to our repeat customers of course! We have heard SO many encouraging and beautiful words from you this past week, we will be back as soon as we find a venue! So thank you all, it's been an amazing and fun experience for us, we've met life long friends with just our staff alone πŸ₯² we got so lucky!
So come and celebrate with us in our final week, enjoy a night out with family & friends, we can't wait to cook for you all one last time as SALT πŸ§‚

SALTS FINAL DAYS!

As locals may already be aware, Bali Hai Tourist Park is up for sale by the receivers. Sadly for all involved, they are offering it as a vacant possession, which means we gotta go! Some interested potential buyers have requested we stay on but with the uncertainty, as a family we have had to come up with a back up plan, and fast! Salt may be over BUT we are not done bringing amazing food to this town yet! So stay tuned for our final date with Salt and for what's coming next πŸ˜‰ and make sure to book on 0400734910 if you'd like to come see us one more time!! We are sad about our first restaurant coming to an end, yet excited for what's to come πŸ§‚β€οΈ

Due to losing our fridges... Again lol, we decided it was a good time to reduce the menu and take off some of the lessor sold dishes. But don't worry, the favourites haven't changed, Cheeky Beef isn't going anywhere!! Some slight changes such as the beetroot panna cotta is now a vanilla bean panna cotta, and omg it is DEVINE πŸ˜‹
