Soft, delicate, and lingering — black tea, apricot, cherry blossom, malt and honey in every cup. A super premium coffee from Sabio, a family-run, sustainability-first farm in Nicaragua, grown above 1200m in the northern mountains.

Carbonic macerated, slow-dried, and rested for 14 weeks. Only 19 bags made in 2025.
