Eleven year old Hugo Ansted is a bright, brave boy who has recently been diagnosed with Lymphoma. His world and his family’s has been turned upside down.

Hugo now faces a long and intensive course of treatment in Sydney, far from the comfort of home.

For the Ansted family, this means being by Hugo’s side every step of the way, while also juggling the enormous financial pressure that comes with having to relocate for an unknown amount of time.

This fundraiser is to help ease that burden so that Hugo’s family can focus on what really matters: supporting him through treatment, recovery and the tough days in between without the constant stress of how they will manage financially.

Retail Store Manager | Lime and Stone

Full Time - Molong, NSW

Due to continued business growth, we are excited to create a new opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our retail business. This is a largely autonomous role, reporting directly to the business owners, and would suit someone who enjoys ownership, creativity, and leadership within a small business environment.

The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, sales performance, team leadership, and brand presentation. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•Achieving sales and profit targets
•Visual merchandising and stock rotation
•Inventory management and stock control
•Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives
•Maintaining and growing the customer database
•Managing all social media platforms and content creation
•Creating and distributing customer newsletters
•Managing the online store, including Instagram shop
•Running reports, budgeting, financial management, and forecasting
•Ensuring compliance with company procedures, including cash handling, financial reporting, and WHS requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
•Previous retail management experience in a similar role
•Strong commercial awareness and understanding of small business operations
•Exceptional customer service and sales ability
•Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
•Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
•Experience with POS systems and backend website management
•Proven experience in stock management and inventory control
•A genuine love of fashion, design, and helping people
•High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach
•Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Package includes: $70,000 – $75,000 per year + Super + Staff Discount
