The Toast Office is rebranding! 🧀
I’d like to personally thank you all for a wonderful 2 years in business, and for taking a chance on some of the weird and wonderful toasted sandwich creations I came up with. You have encouraged me to dream bigger, and whether you were there on the first day or just popped in last week, you have supported me through it all.
Over the last few weeks, I have been working towards stepping down from my role as business owner/toastie maker. Sometimes dreams change, and in this case — my passion can now be found elsewhere.
The wonderful Danny Simmonds (and sandwich extraordinaire) creator of Criminal Coffee Company and Walter’s Diner, has stepped in and given Toast Office some extra life!
He is so passionate about creating spaces on the Sunshine Coast that people enjoy, and with that, comes incredible food. The decision has been made to rebrand The Toast Office into a BRAND NEW, epic sandwich bar 🔥 This is Danny’s new dream, and I’m so excited for him to take the reigns and turn this place into something amazing.
So thank you, to each and everyone of you who took a chance on me over the last 2 years. Thank you to my friends and family, who have supported me through it all, and tried all my flavour combos before the Sunny Coast did. And a huge thank you to .simmonds for seeing my vision, believing in me, and now allowing me to step down from what was once my biggest dream come true.
