Our Mythos keeping us dialled in every day with more clarity than a Tuesday afternoon when Paul cleans the shop windows, fluffy grinds that even a cloud would rest on and the particle size precision that makes you second guess whether or not the coffee was mechanically printed, not ground. ⁠

It's your last chance to get your mitts on a bag of this vibrantly delicious Sumatran! Cups of refreshing watermelon, rich black grapes, lingering mango and a touch of vanilla are just around the corner. ⁠

Indonesia's speciality coffee game has been sky rocketing over the last few years with ever evolving farming practices and an experimental approach to new processing methods. We're starting to find really fun and expressive coffees emerge from this previously looked over origin and our Putra Gayo, Sumatra is a polished version of exactly that. Naturally processed with mixed native varietals have shown us some beautiful summer fruits and smooth spices from this years crop. ⁠

Tilly recently joined the Shake team and has become unanimously adored by all. Is it her sparkling personality? Her ability to fine tune an espresso leaving you thirsty for more? Is it her hard work and dedication to her team and her craft?… ⁠

Well, actually it’s because she makes us all avocado on toast on her lunch breaks and that makes quite the impact on a barista in 2024.⁠
