You’ve got creamy tuna mayo layered with the sharp heat and garlic-chili kick of Sriracha, paired with soft scrambled eggs that add buttery texture and extra richness. The fluffy Brioche brings a slightly sweet, pillowy contrast that balances the spice and savory filling.
The sprinkle of Furikake on top adds umami, saltiness, and a little crunch from sesame and seaweed, making the whole thing feel more layered and addictive. Then the pickles on the side cut through the richness with acidity and crunch, resetting your palate between bites.
