Today I have made the final and hard decision to not do a pop up this year. As much as it kills me because I was so darn excited to cook up a huge amount of meat of y'all.
With the cost of council fees, insurance, eftpos, ect ect I have crunched the numbers and would have to sell over 35 bbq boxes (at $25 each) just to break even!
If I was running this every week it might be possible, but to do a monthly pop up I just can't justify the costs.
However, I still want to cook great bbq and I'm going to focus all my energy on my Youtube channel. If you haven't already please chuck a subscribe my way! www.youtube.com/
Sorry for the backflipping to all who were keen for some decent low and slow bbq. I hope you can understand.
cheers,
