Introducing Jimmy Toone, Chef and owner of Fall from Grace and former Head Chef at Salopian Inn.

With years of experience creating unforgettable dining experiences across South Australia. Our very own Shannon Fleming has worked with Jimmy at past Tasting Australia events, and we can’t wait to bring Jimmy’s passion for storytelling through food, respect for local produce, and the incredible craft of hospitality to LOT.100 and this year’s Collab for a Cause event.

Meet the first chef joining us for Collab for a Cause at LOT.100.

We’re honoured to welcome Mark Best to this year’s event.

One of Australia’s most influential chefs, Mark is internationally recognised for his modern expression of Australian cuisine and his dedication to craft, creativity and history.

After opening Marque in 1999, a restaurant celebrated among Australia’s finest and recognised on the world stage. Mark has continued to shape the conversation around Australian dining.

Today, as Executive Chef at Infinity by Mark Best at Sydney Tower, Mark celebrates Australia’s diverse landscapes and producers through a menu driven by innovation, storytelling and exceptional ingredients.

A chef, mentor and advocate for local produce, we’re excited to welcome Mark to LOT.100 following his recent collaboration with us at Tasting Australia by Train.
