June was a BIG 2nd month for us!
Averaged 2-3 events a week which was cool!
From doing so many events each week we have been able to learn so much, very quickly.
James has become a handyman in the process, pulling apart the machine so many times.
We bought new generators to be able to expand our business (and needed it for 11 upcoming events over the next two months that required us to be self sufficient).
We adjusted our processes, streamlined how we were doing things, can set up and pack up quicker, with a lot more still to learn and change.
We met some incredible people in the industry, supported some awesome events and got to bring sooooo many smiles to people’s faces!
Our kids came on board this month which has been challenging and inspiring in its own way 🤣
We have all started to save for the kids passports & for our first overseas family holiday to Japan - Charlotte is locked in and focused on our goal.
Zachary is maybe a tad too young to get it all or be interested yet 🫠
So, we are learning how to navigate these new waters as a family, figuring out how to still invest time and energy into the business while adjusting to ensure the kids still get the quality time they need and deserve - thanks for that beautiful reflection Zachy 🥰
This month (July) we will be introducing some winter menu options, introducing QR ordering and starting to look at what our first summer might look like.
