We are set up at thelakescollege in North lakes tonight (Wednesday 10th June)

Along with us is Dippin' Dots and Neshama food truck (southern style chicken).

We're taking a short break from our regular Morayfield and North Lakes pop-ups this week while we work on the finishing touches of our exciting new food truck build! 🚚✨

🚫 Unfortunately we’ve decided to stay closed today (Saturday) so we can spend the day prepping for tomorrow’s big event at Sustainable BNE Festival at Roma Street Parkland 🌿🥔

We’ll be there Sunday from 9am–3pm serving up all your favourite loaded baked potatoes and loaded fries at this fantastic FREE community event focused on sustainability, innovation and the future of Brisbane.

We’ve been slow cooking our beef brisket low and slow until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender 🤤

Loaded onto our giant baked potatoes or crispy fries and finished with all the good stuff… this one is proper comfort food done right.

Not every loaded spud is this photogenic once it’s packed into a container… but underneath all those toppings is the same golden baked potato and generous fillings you know and love. 🤤🥔

For this shoot we let the spuds out of their boxes and dressed them up properly so you could actually see what goes into every meal — from the crispy bacon and slow-cooked meats to the creamy sauces and melted cheese.

Because let’s be honest… once we load them up in the van, half the potato disappears under all the goodness. 😅

Hi folks, we will be closing at 7pm tonight as we are almost sold out of baked potatoes.

If you were waiting for our Spud Saver Hour, we do apologise, however this hour is designed for potatoes we don’t sell earlier in the evening, so waiting always comes with the risk of missing out altogether.

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight! We were blessed with a dry night for a change, which made for a lovely evening 🌤️🥔

As always, we really appreciate the support and look forward to seeing you all again tomorrow night at Aurora Blvd Park, North Lakes, with Spud Saver Hour back from 7pm.
