Introducing the Affinity Blend.

Created in collaboration with our friends at , this blend brings together coffees from Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia to create something balanced, approachable, and seriously enjoyable to drink every day.

Tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and panela with a smooth, rich sweetness that works beautifully both black and with milk.

This is the coffee we wanted representing Affinity. Familiar enough to feel comforting, but layered enough to stay interesting cup after cup.

Combined with .automotive and we will be hosting a community car day in the Noosaville industrial area next Sunday the 22nd.

All are welcome, please bring your pride and joy.

The day kicks off at 9am with a coffee and donut at Affinity followed by a walk past The Noosa Chocolate Factory to our revhead friends at M-Tek, Driftlab, and Parkers Shed for some visual and audio vehicular entertainment.

Lunch and beers are then on offer by the legends at Land & Sea to wrap things up. A reminder, bookings are essential to secure a table.

New guest roaster alert!

We’re stoked to welcome Semi-Pro Coffee as our latest guest roaster at Affinity.

We’ll have a limited run of their beans available in filter and espresso roasts to suit your preferred brew method ☕

First up we’re highlighting a beautiful single estate Rwandan coffee from producer Andre Hakizimana.
This microlot comes from the Gakenke District in northern Rwanda and is grown at around 2150m above sea level. Hakizimana manages more than 3000 coffee trees and works with the Dukunde Kawa cooperative, which supports small producers with processing infrastructure and education. The result is a washed Red Bourbon with vibrant fruit character and a maple syrup sweetness 😋

Expect a cup that’s bright, jammy, and seriously drinkable. Available as espresso-based, batch brew, V60, and cold drip. We're very fortunate to offer a coffee traceable from a single crop to your cup.

Available now and beans are limited so get in before they disappear!
