The Truffle Banquet at RAFI URBNSURF , four-course shared banquet built around winter’s most coveted ingredient.

Once a year, black truffle arrives – and this winter, RAFI URBNSURF has made it the centrepiece of a four-course banquet that moves with the season. Expect scampi tartare with cured wagyu, a porcini and shiitake tagliolini with black garlic and a grilled Westholme Wagyu scotch fillet.
