Parking changes are coming to 20 Nellie Street.

At this stage, it’s not looking as favorable as we had hoped. We have had confirmation that a contract has been signed including terms and conditions.

What we know so far:
- 1 hour free parking for any visitors.
- charges apply after 1 hour
- tenants have a set number of spaces available for their team and some for their customers and/or patients.

What’s happening behind the scenes:
- there are multiple challenges underway to increase the free parking period beyond 1 hour.
- we are also making the case to be able to validate parking for genuine customers.

We are fighting hard so that our customers aren’t ripped off by these changes and that the business won’t suffer.

As of now, it’s business as usual and changes have not yet come into effect.
We will let all our customers know of any and all changes.

We kindly ask that any negativity be left at the door as this situation isn’t ideal for any of us (staff included).
