Only two sleeps until the next delicious batch of handmade Petite Pate` is ready. Merlot and Black Pepper is this weeks blend, it is perfect melting onto the top of a steak, or smeared liberally into a baguette with some cold meat, salad and pickle, or with your favourite cheeses and some quince paste.
