HEY FAM 👋🏾

It’s been a minute and we sure do miss you all. Hoping everybody is well & looking forward to the year wrapping up.

I wasn’t suppose to spill the beans but me being me, I’m just too excited! So early 2023 we’ll be launching our own natural baked dog treat business specialising in tasty pooch treats for those special occasions.

To test the waters & get the ball rolling we’ve done a small launch just in time for Christmas.

These little beauties are made with natural peanut butter, sweet potato & wholemeal flour.

They make the perfect wee gift for your furry mate or the perfect present for that one friend who’s obsessed with their doggo.

If you’d like a pack or 5 please flick me a DM or hit up the work phone & I can direct you to the closest cafe or store in your area.

And that’s a wrap!

It’s official folks as today we handed over our keys.

Once again we just wanted to say thank you too everyone for all your love, support and kindness over the past few years.

We also wanted to say thank you to everyone who came and shared a beverage and had a final chat on Saturday night, it was awesome to see you all.

From my family to yours, take care, stay classy and we’ll see you all soon ###

2 1/2 years ago my husband and I bought a shop in the sweet little suburb of Kardinya and hand on heart we can definitely say that we are glad that we did.

They say you shouldn’t mix personal life with work but in our industry it’s a little hard not too and that’s ok with us. The support, love and friends we have made through this little venture of ours has been priceless.

We survived a world wide pandemic and a very personal loss because our community came together and supported us and for that we will be forever grateful.

In saying all of that folks this week is our last week at the shop. We have made the very hard decision to sell and take the time to focus on raising our little girl.

Eva and Calvin (the new owners) will take over from next week. They are a great family oriented couple and they’re really looking forward to meeting you all.

We will be having a few leaving drinks and nibbles at the shop on Saturday 4pm to 7pm for anyone that would like to pop down and say goodbye.

Again, we can’t thank each and everyone of you enough for all your support over the past few years. It’s been an absolute honour and we’re very lucky to be part of the Kardinya community.

Also a massive shout out to my staff, past and present, for all your hard work.

It’s not goodbye just catch ya later xx

Today belongs to Luna & her paw parents Anna & D 🐾

We’re so very sorry to hear about your sweet Luna passing. We will miss her happy nature & never ending wagging tail, happiest doggo ever! You’ll forever be apart of the cafe with your portrait on our wall.

How good are these cooler mornings? Deff loving them that’s for sure.

We’ll be pouring hot brews all weekend as per the norm. We are still running our smaller menu but our winter menu will be out soon so hold on folks.

Hold up, wait a minute & stop what you’re doing immediately! We’ve got a few extra tasty treats in store for the cooler months and you best believe they’re bloody delicious.

Starting with our new Cheeseburger Sausage Rolls. They do not however come with a side of fries but we can one up that and accompany your morning tea or lunch with a cup of the hoods finest coffee.

Open till 1pm all week 🍔

It was such a treat to see all your smiling faces this morning after being on maternity leave for a bit, it made my morning!

Speaking of Easter, we’re open tomorrow 7am to 12pm but closed Sunday and of course Monday as per the norm.
