Sometimes, even if we get the most sleep of our lives, we can't help but to feel lethargic & sluggish throughout the day 😴 Getting out of bed takes a longer time & walking to the bathroom feels like trekking across the Sahara Desert. These are symptoms of sluggishness, which can be easily solved by...you guessed it...☕. The nutrients that coffee provides is the key to make sure your head is running at normal speed and not at the speed of a sloth.
