🍪Anzac Biscuits🍪

Last year I came across the most delicious Anzac Recipe from the amazing Anna Polyviou. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The perfect biscuit to celebrate the spirit of ANZAC. Resharing Anna’s recipe below! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do ❤️



Ingredients:
130g Butter
2Tbs Golden Syrup
1/2tsp Bicarb Soda
2Tbs Boiling water
100g Rolled Oats
150g Plain Flour
200g Brown Sugar
50g Sheered Coconut

HOW TO
1. Pre-heat oven to 175c fan forced, line baking trays.
2. In Medium saucepan allow to come to a simar butter and syrup, stir in soda and water, then the remaining ingredients
3. Spoon the dough, place on baking tray and bake for
13minutes or until golden.
