We do take things seriously when matter is serious - but all with 100% honesty without emotion .
This is not about a “bad review” - any review Is good and appriciated
- as Long as it is the TRUTH.
So I replied to the review the below way
Hope the customer replies with info- so I can find the truth.
If truth cost a life even - - i will still stay and walk side by side with truth - and it will be 100% truth.

Firstly, I want to express that I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience. As the owner of UFO Burger, I take all customer feedback very seriously — especially when it involves serious allegations about food safety.
That said, I would like to clarify a key point mentioned in your review. You referenced that "apparently" we had our food fridge shut off for a day or two. I can confirm with absolute certainty that this statement is incorrect. We did experience an issue with a drink fridge located outside the main kitchen area, which was used solely for storing beverages — not food. All food storage fridges have been and continue to be fully operational, and we have never had any confirmed cases of food poisoning at our venue.
To assist in investigating this further, I kindly ask if you could provide the exact date and approximate time of your visit. We have six CCTV cameras on site, and I would be happy to personally review the footage for that day to ensure full transparency. If you made a purchase by card, a timestamp or transaction record would also help us locate the footage more efficiently.
Additionally, you mentioned speaking with a manager about your concern. We currently have three managers, and after speaking with each of them, none recall such an interaction. This puts me in a difficult position — either my team is withholding information, or there may be a misunderstanding from your side. I do not say this lightly, but I’m committed to uncovering the full truth.
Please understand that I will not issue a public apology at this stage until a thorough investigation has been completed. As a business, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. We undergo regular council inspections every three months, and we’ve been consistently acknowledged for our cleanliness and compliance.
Your review makes serious allegations that, if untrue, can be seen as defamatory and harmful to our brand and reputation — something we’ve worked very hard to build in the Morley community. I kindly ask you to help me investigate this properly by providing the details I’ve requested.
I respect your voice as a customer, but I also have a responsibility to protect the integrity of our team and business. I am not here to discredit you — only to find the truth and act upon it appropriately.

and please don’t take my response the wrong way. I’ve even taken my own child to the proper legal authority for shoplifting when I found out a week later — because I believe in doing what’s right, no matter how difficult. So my kid can undertands the value of honesty.
If your claims are proven true, I will personally ensure the matter is remedied with full accountability.
