Our last service for 2021, and we’re sending this year off with a bang!

Our good friends from with be in the kitchen slinging our favourite Banh Mi from 5pm, Howard’s Hot Chicken will be rolling all day. There will be margaritas aplenty on the rooftop and of course, the wine will be flowing.

Fresssshhh. A beautiful Australian example of this Northern Rhone classic, a lesson in balance right here.

Gary Mills does very good things with very good quality grapes, luckily for all of us. This is a mighty energetic wine! It’s rich, compelling and thoughtful, but most importantly it’s very delicious.

Just a handful of these bottles on for dinner, until they’re gone.

A beautiful veggie centric dish from our new dinner menu.. burnt leeks, parsley sauce, whole mustard leaf, the stem has been turned into kosho with several spices and used as a dressing and the leaves have been simply cooked very quickly to retain all that natural spice!

The parsley was brought in by one our lovely regular guests and like all things grown in real earth by wonderful people the colour and flavour are vibrant as it gets! 🧡🧡

This dish is highly recommend with a slab of our (vegan!) house focaccia!

Here's a mouthful... chicken, chickpea + chicory!

1/2 boneless chicken, whipped chickpea and chicory blanched in butter/vinegar emulsion, all finished with a chicken sauce of salted kumquats + dried olive 😍😍

We salted our kumquats back in July and they're tasting fantastic, think preserved lemon but far more floral and sweet, they go beautifully with the creaminess of the chicken sauce + chickpea and offset the bitterness in the chicory fantastically as well.

Come and try with a glass of something textural + white, skinsy + orange or chilled, light + red, the choice is all yours!

We seam bone 6-7 marble score beef rump before rolling and freezing to help the slicing process.. laid out and topped with anchovy cream, garlic chive xo, crispy shallots + pecorino this is an umami bomb waiting to happen!!

Crunchy, salty, fatty and savoury, we couldn't think of many better ways to start you dining experience with us :)
