Vale Defence & Fitness and Burke Bistro.

We are two Australians who seek to open a wide range of programs in our local area to benefit the community. Vale Defence & Fitness is a non-profit, Western Australian owned and operated business that aims to create community togetherness and a safe community hub to promote learning for all ages, skill levels and genders.

We will be offering such things as: free tutoring to school aged children, free Writers Club for those that wish to learn story and poetry writing with the chance of entering competitions, and free parent/carer and child craft evenings. Along with this, there will be free workshops on bullying, cyber bullying, safe behaviours, domestic violence, peer group pressure, parental workshops, escaping financial abuse, recognising controlling behaviours, men's workshops and healthy eating and lifestyle.

Our paid services will be means tested because everyone should have the opportunity to learn and know how to stay safe. Paid services will be: practical self defence & fitness, access to gym equipment and personal trainers, yoga, pilates, tai chi, boxing for strength and fitness, music lessons, language classes, and dance, including cultural dance and information.

We will be offering a safe place for the community to engage, show respect, be involved in activities that keep the younger generation away from screens, and having healthy interests. The elder community can have a place to also learn, feel welcomed, and stay fit and healthy.
