I am Tom and I have very strong passion for cooking Vietnamese food especially North Vietnamese Cuisine.

Everyone is very familiar with Southern Vietnamese Cuisine but not many people have tried or even know much about our North Vietnamese culture.

If you haven't tried , tomorrow we have it AVAILABLE at our restaurant. This soup is so delicate and cook to perfection.
The chicken is very tender and the stock is full of flavour . It's second to none in Perth.

Breaking news !!! Our have been cancelled by Chinese exporters so good news is we can enjoy them locally.

It's the first time that we are organizing a right here at with a lots of great dishes

What are our creation for these seafood ?

We can't believe our has been voted as " The Best I have ever tasted " by a man who owns a lot of restaurants around the world.

This is how he described :
- The prawns are exactly local tiger prawns not imported stock
- They are very crispy but not oily at all
- The seasoning is so delicious
- The salad and its dressing make the dish so light & flavourful

First time cooking

What are they?
1. They are an exotic type of seafood that is very popular in a lot of cuisine across the globe.
2. Sea urchins also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of an abnormal heart beat.
3. The most common way to enjoy sea urchin is by eating it raw, similarly to how one would enjoy oysters or sushi. ... Sea urchin should taste like the ocean, but it should never taste fishy. If it does, it's likely gone bad. The only edible part of a sea urchin is its go**ds.

If you have tried the sea urchin in Japanese cuisine already and love it then you should try our version.

Are you squid lovers? What sort of squid dishes have you tried besides calamari or squid rings ?

- Freshly cut squid pieces laid on pre-heated volcanic stones - pour on fresh beer or lemongrass sauce and you will have a " Just - In - Time " cooked squid that is " Juicy - Tender - Tasty" and no one can resist such a beautiful dish like that.

- grilled fresh squid which has been coated with seasoning and prawn sate chilli sauce on charcoal to obtain smoky flavour and a golden colour , then sprinkle our home-made chili salt to make it more flavorful.
