And so our time at 258 William Street has come to a close. It has been our home for the past five years.
To the suppliers, creators, artists and makers. Thank you. Through sharing your story, we connected to yours and it was a beautiful synergy.
And to you, the supporters, the die hard THC fans. Thank you. It is a gift to us that everyone kept walking through those doors every day and sharing their special occassions, lives and stories with us. We appreciate you. The love and positive words have been truly appreciated and felt. We're proud and grateful that we had an impact on your lives.
And to the entire cast and team of THC, thank you. Every single one of you left an imprint and shared the THC story in your unique way. You truly showcased what hospitality is at its purest essence and everyone was grateful for the experience. There is nothing quite like the beautiful dance of a synchronised team during a service. It's electric.
A thought that more people deserved to experience this food and culture; turned into a market stall, turned into a pop up, which turned into a stand alone experiential venue. A crazy, unique idea turned into reality with a lot of hard work, invaluable help and support and a huge number of learnings and teachings along the way. It wasn't an easy journey, but we, as a team, always rose up to the challenge.
The word success means something different to everyone. We began this as a passion project and achieved 'success' in developing this into the busy and purposeful venue we imagined. We are now focused on creating a different level of success by following our hearts into new areas and other aligned paths.
This particular part of the THC journey ends here.
We hope you have all enjoyed the story of the New Mid East.

Only time will tell what the future holds.
