It was wonderful to meet some fresh faces at the ECHO Community Services facility. This is glimpse of what day one looked like of the traineeship for Certificate III in Indivdual Support, ran by APSI trainer Jacky.

We are back again at Wheat Street, Yagan Square with our elite Apprentices from Perth and South West regions. We will be going through our pastry, desserts and bread making today and tomorrow. Next week, Monday/Tuesday we will be breaking down beef into cuts, filleting whole salmon, portioning whole rabbits and other various meat, seafood and poultry products.
