, our new summer special is available from TOMORROW!
Chef Ryo walks us through each element of the dish – freshly made udon, soy milk-based broth, finely
sliced spring onion and shiso, sesame seeds, freeze-dried plum flakes, lemon, fresh ginger, pickled plum
(ume) and shiso tempura.
Served cold, it’s refreshing, addicting and made for summer.
