Long before Social Manna existed, I was a young apprentice working for David Coomer.

I still remember when he purchased the land and began inoculating the farm over 26 years ago.

To now be serving those same truffles in my own café feels pretty special.

This week we're proudly serving Coomer Truffles with our classic creamy scrambled eggs, finished with shaved black truffle and parmesan shortbread crumble.
