Well, it has taken us a while to write this post. It is because we have lots to say and dont really know where to start. We are closing our business and we have sold the food truck.
It has been an amazing journey over the last 6 years. From an idea showcasing Vietnamese cuisine, to choosing food truck industry, to building the food truck, to design business logo, to be overwhelmingly excited to get to drive that truck, to the business launch with families and friends, to the first event at Embargo Bar, to trading at Curtin Uni where our friendship formed, to trading at the Royal Show and many other awesome events, to private catering, to winning Bao Master 2018. Now it is time for us to take a step back and create some new balance in our lives.
For those who are thinking to run a food business, it is freaking hard but it totally is worth it. Give yourself a chance, try it out and have no regret.
We would like to thank friends, families, food truck friends, event organisers and customers. Without YOU we would not be here today. Your feedback, love and support keep us going. You have given us a platform to showcase our unique Vietnamese cuisine.
