Hi everyone,
We’ve seen the recent post in the community group and just wanted to take a moment to share our side.
First of all, we completely agree that the food didn’t meet our usual standards, and we’re truly sorry. It was our mistake, and we take full responsibility.
When issues come up, we always try to follow our policy with a fair process — usually offering a refund or an exchange of equal value. More importantly, we believe in being flexible when there’s respectful and open communication.
Our goal is always to listen, learn, and find solutions together.
We’d also like to say that we never ignore feedback. In fact, we’ve taken this seriously and are already working closely with our kitchen team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We understand emotions can run high when expectations aren’t met — and that’s completely fair. But we hope to keep conversations calm and constructive, so we can make things right without anyone getting hurt — especially our small team who truly try their best every day.
To everyone who continues to support and understand us — thank you. Your kindness means more than we can say.
With respect,
Chop Chop Thai Yangebup
