Even though we only had a small storage room to work from, no kitchen equipment and no running water. Chef still managed to dish up amazing quality food for the guests.

We received constant compliments on how delicious the canapés were, which truly made the night feel extra special for us. ✨

At Connoisseur Catering, no two events are ever the same and that’s exactly what we love about what we do.

From birthdays and weddings to communion celebrations, corporate functions, private dinners and the most intimate anniversary gatherings, each event brings its own unique set of challenges. Some venues welcome us with full kitchens and facilities… and others? Absolutely nothing. Just a blank canvas.

We’ve catered in spaces with no running water, no kitchen, sometimes quite literally in the middle of nowhere 😂 But with the right heads-up and careful planning, we always make it work.

Catering is a fast paced industry. It demands focus, energy and the ability to stay switched on every single minute we’re on the job. Building a team that understands that level of commitment isn’t easy, but we’ve been incredibly fortunate. We’re so grateful for the amazing staff who support Chef and help him pump out the dishes you’ve all come to know and love.

To every client who has trusted us with their special moments, and to every team member who has worked alongside us, thank you.

Building this small catering business has been a joyful, humbling and deeply rewarding experience. And we’re only just getting started 🤍
