• Goodbye & Thank you • It is with a heavy heart that we make public our decision to close our doors for good. Whilst COVID-19 has been an absolute kick in the guts for a lot of people it’s given us the realisation about what’s important for us going forward. Life isn’t about working 7 days a week for little or no reward. It’s about spending time with people that you love and living life. Whilst we wish that things could be different as so much of our time, blood, sweat, tears & of course, money went into creating the space that was Cam St Social we know that closing is the right decision for us right now.
Thank you once again to our team, you know who you are and to our loyal customers too.

Just a small side note... please, please, please support your local cafes & restaurants especially at this time. The margins in food are becoming smaller and smaller so when you’re dining and enjoying food that you haven’t had to cook please take a moment to think about the fact that it’s not JUST the food that you’re paying for.... it’s the wages, the superannuation, the rent, the electricity, the gas, the merchant fees, the advertising, the licenses, the insurances, the cleaning, the rubbish removal & on & on & on 🙏🙏🙏

• Closed 😢 • In the interests of our health & safety, our teams health & safety and your health & safety we are closed...for now. We have loved building up our business this past year so this is absolutely gutting for us but at the end of the day we ALL have to think of the big picture at stake here.
We thank our loyal customers, you know who you are ❤️
And to our current young team... and everyone else who has worked for us along the way... Thank you. You all played your part in creating Cam St Social and for that we will be forever grateful.

• Breaking News 🤯 • One last hurrah! Please join us tmrw morning until noon if you would like to experience our food in our beautiful restaurant as after noon we, as all other cafes & restaurants will be takeaway only... and this will be an evolving scenario!!
