Tomza is a versatile Bhutanese box meal consisting of rice—often soft, roundish, and infused with savory sauces—and your choice of side dishes such as air-dried beef (sha kam), air‑dried pork belly (si kam paa), chili cheese (ema datshi), egg , chili paste, and more 

 It’s typically served wrapped in banana leaf (sometimes foil) for easy, on-the-go enjoyment—perfect for traveling & day-out.

• Ema datshi, the iconic chili and cheese stew and Bhutan’s national dish, often features prominently in Tomza combos  .

Menu includes:
