✨ The launch of .perth was a total success! ✨
I’m over the moon 🌙 with the incredible response — so many of you came to pick up your esfihas this weekend, all beautifully organised through pre-orders 🙌

I prepared with so much love and care to deliver my very best, and I truly hope everyone left happy and satisfied with what they received. 💛

It was non-stop both Saturday and Sunday — so busy I barely had time to take photos or behind-the-scenes videos 😅 But it was deeply rewarding, and I want to leave here a few of the little moments I managed to capture from this special weekend. 🎥📸

Alibis is alive, and it lives inside Rio 40 now – bringing this new product to life, hoping that with the first bite, you’ll feel an instant connection to Brazil 🇧🇷❤️

And for those who didn’t pre-order from Alibis, it was also amazing to welcome you here and serve our official menu, which was available as always! It was a pleasure to have so many people coming in, enjoying our space and tasting the flavours we’ve proudly shared for years. 🥰

Whether you plan to enjoy your meal here at our shop or take it home, a pre-order is required.
Place your order online now, and when you come to pick it up, you decide:
dine in or take away — the choice is yours. 🍽️🥡

We’re working with pre-orders only so we can deliver your order fresh, hot and on time, just the way it should be. This also helps us organise production better and avoid delays or frustration — so your experience is smooth from start to finish. 💛

🗓 You can now schedule your pick-up for Saturday or Sunday, with 15-minute time slots available to keep everything flowing nicely.

We’re proud to introduce Alib’s — the first Brazilian esfiha shop in Perth, serving handcrafted esfihas with soft dough, rich fillings and that unmistakable Brazilian flavour 🇧🇷🔥

Alib’s will open inside our shop in Malaga, bringing you a whole new experience with dine-in and takeaway options.

We’re still in the setup phase, working behind the scenes to make everything just right — but trust us, it’s going to be worth the wait 😉
