We would like to clarify that the matters referred to in the recent media article relate to an incident from last year.

Following the incident, all compliance requirements were addressed, and the matter has since been resolved in consultation with the relevant authorities. Our restaurant has continued operating since that time and remains OPEN and fully operational.

We acknowledge that mistakes can happen in any business, and following the incident, the business took immediate action by changing management and staff to ensure the issue was properly addressed and resolved.

At no stage has the restaurant permanently closed, and we continue to serve our customers as normal with a strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
