This is Dan, one of Crouching Monkey's food & bev legends. Born & raised in Perth, Dan has been at Crouching Monkey since October last year & has been in the hospo scene since 2020 - debuting in a Pizza restaurant.

👍 Fun Fact? Dan is currently studying veterinary nursing and on his days off, enjoys reading a good book and spending the day at the beach!
