Fleur Du Maquis, a French sheep’s coming from the island of Corsica. The cheese is covered in wild rosemary and other herbs, with a soft and bouncy texture on the inside and a subtle blue/grey mould on the exterior.

As the cooler months settle in, we’re slowing things down a little for autumn + winter.

From this week, Ned’s will be open Thursday–Sunday from 9am–5pm for casual dining, coffee, drinks, and walk-ins as usual.

In the evenings, the space will transition into a more intimate experience, reserved for private functions, premium dinners, celebrations, and bookings only.

Thank you for continuing to support our small team through the seasons. We can’t wait to welcome you in for a cosy winter at Ned’s.
