We know we’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately… and for good reason.
Behind the scenes we’ve been fully focused on restoring and preparing the new to us FV Pelorus, and we’re incredibly proud of how the vessel has turned out. A huge amount of work has gone into bringing her up to the standard we wanted, and the result speaks for itself.
From the start, our goal wasn’t just to refurbish the vessel — it was to build something practical, durable, and fit for the long term. Every effort has been made to make Pelorus easy to maintain, easy to clean, and ready for serious commercial operation. Wherever possible we’ve used stainless steel and thoughtful layouts to support hygiene, reliability, and day-to-day efficiency for the crew.
This project represents more than just a vessel upgrade — it marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our operation. We’re looking forward to getting Pelorus out working, supporting our team, and continuing to supply high-quality Port Lincoln sardines with the standards our customers expect.
Thanks to everyone who has supported us through the process — we can’t wait to share more as she gets to work.
