Established in 1987 when squid jigging was first introduced to Victoria, Arrow Fisheries has gained a great and unparalleled depth of expertise in the catching, proce

ssing and distribution of squid products across southern Australia. The people selling you the seafood are also the people sourcing the seafood and who have responsibility for the processing and transportation of it. Arrow Fisheries is based in Portland, merely meters from the wharf where a major part of the Victorian fish catch is landed. This unique location means that we have an unrivalled ability to bring you the freshest and highest quality fish in Victoria. It is the freshest because we get our product before any other suppliers. It is the highest quality because, unlike other suppliers who rely on multiple entities to handle the product before it reaches you, we take possession of our product directly from the boats at the wharf and can ensure our HACCP accredited strict quality controls apply immediately the fish are landed right through to when you are supplied with the product.

Our display is absolutely brimming with the ocean's bounty this week! 🌊🐟

Taking centre stage are our XL Coffin Bay Oysters – plump, fresh and absolutely delicious.

We also have sashimi-grade New Zealand King Salmon, and after giving it the official Vosloo family taste test last night, we can confidently say it's outstanding! The salmon was a huge success... our sushi-making skills, however, still need a little more practice! 😄

A big thank you to the Zeehan crew for another beautiful supply of Orange Roughy, with plenty available in our fresh display and freezers.

We've also received beautiful fresh King Dory, Mirror Dory, Flathead, Pink Ling, Blue Grenadier and Ocean Perch - with thanks to the Lady Miriam crew.

Some mornings preparing our fresh seafood are better than others... and today was one of them! 🐟

We couldn't resist sampling the New Zealand King Salmon when it arrived this morning, and honestly... We didn't want to leave any for our customers! 😄
It was everything you'd hope for – incredibly clean, rich, buttery and absolutely worth every dollar.

Fri-Yay!! The weekend is just around the corner and our fresh display is stocked with locally caught Orange Roughy, Gummy Shark, whole & filleted Pink Snapper, and whole Red Snapper "Nannygai". We also have beautiful Atlantic Salmon available alongside plump fresh oysters.

Looking for something different? Our freezers are full of quality local seafood too, so there's plenty to choose from.
