By Thursday afternoon most of us are already thinking:

"What's for dinner tonight?" 😅

That's exactly why we created Italy at Home.

Have you placed your order yet? Orders will close early morning (THURSDAY) this week as I am having to do a bit of driving tomorrow.

Remember ...

Just authentic Italian sauces, handmade fresh pasta and desserts made the way our families taught us.

This week's favourites include:

🤎 Ragu – our slow-cooked pork and beef masterpiece, simmered for hours with red wine and soffritto.

🥓 Bistecca – tender beef, smoky bacon, oregano and a luxurious touch of cream.

🌶 Diavola – spicy salami, chilli and jalapeños with a creamy kick.

🧄 Amatriciana – pancetta, tomato, basil, garlic and just enough chilli.

🍄 Boscaiola – creamy bacon and mushroom goodness.

🍅 Pomodoro – simple, authentic and packed with rich tomato flavour.

🫑 Vedure al forno (renamed from our roast veg sauce) where the IAH brand began!

Our homemade Vanilla Panna Cotta with Lemon Curd & Macadamias is available this week too.

Silky, creamy and lightly set with that classic Italian wobble. The fresh lemon curd cuts through the richness beautifully and the macadamias add the perfect crunch.

🍝 THIS WEEK'S MENU IS FOR THE FLAVOUR CHASERS... 🍝

The sauces I will be highlighting this week is Diavola & Bistecca

Some sauces comfort the soul. Others wake up your tastebuds.

This week we're bringing back two of my absolute favourites — one inspired by my Nonno Aldo and one for those who believe chilli belongs in everything. 🔥

🥩 BISTECCA

If you've had this one before, you'll know why it keeps making a comeback.

Our Bistecca features luxurious slow-cooked beef and smoky bacon simmered for hours in a rich tomato base with herbs and hints of oregano. We finish it with a dash of cream to create a silky, rich sauce packed with deep flavour. Perfect for dipping fresh hot bread into our coating our fresh pasta.

This was one of Nonno Aldo's favourite sauces. He always gravitated towards hearty, slow-cooked beef dishes that brought the family together around the table. ❤️

It's rich, comforting, rustic and everything a winter pasta sauce should be.

🌶️ DIAVOLA

For those who like a little danger with dinner...

Diavola is not for the faint-hearted.

Hot soppressa salami, pepperoni, jalapeños, chilli and cracked pepper come together to create a red base sauce with a serious kick. 🔥🔥🔥

A touch of cream rounds everything out, giving it a velvety finish while still letting the heat shine through.

Spicy, bold and completely addictive.

🍝 WINTER COMFORT IN A TRAY 🍝

Our Pasticcio Bake is the kind of meal that feels like a warm hug after a long day.

Layers of our in-house made pasta are swirled through rich traditional bolognese and silky béchamel, creating that beautiful rustic “messy” look that only the best homemade pasta bakes have 🫶🏻

This one is extra special to me — it was my absolute favourite pasta dish growing up. The kind of meal that would come bubbling out of the oven, topped with golden cheese and parmesan, filling the whole house with that unmistakable comfort-food smell 🤍
