A little appreciation post for hospitality workers everywhere 🤍

Because cakes don’t magically appear in the cabinet and sandwiches don’t make themselves at 4:30am.

Behind Muratti there’s people running on caffeine, early mornings, sore feet, teamwork, and a whole lot of effort behind every single day.

It’s been especially busy, with lines out the door some mornings, and while we know waiting can feel frustrating sometimes, we promise the team behind the counter is working as fast and as hard as they possibly can.

There’s bakers here while it’s still dark outside, chefs prepping fillings before sunrise, baristas getting through the coffee rush and staff doing everything they can to keep things moving.

It can be stressful, chaotic and exhausting, but there’s also a lot of pride and care in what we do.

So this one’s for the Muratti team and for hospitality workers everywhere who put so much work into the little things people enjoy every day 🤍

Muratti’s hidden gem? Our bread 🥐🍞

Most people first come to us for cakes or pastries, but the locals know how special the bread is.

From our sourdoughs and dark rye to baguettes, sandwich loaves and croissants, it’s the kind of thing you try once and suddenly every other loaf at home feels a little disappointing🤭🍞

Our sandwich loaf makes the best toast and toasties, the sourdough has that perfect crust and flavour, and the croissants… so many buttery layers that somehow disappear way too quickly.

It’s something we’ve always loved making, and honestly probably something we don’t talk about enough.

One of those quiet little Muratti things people discover when they walk through the door 🥖✨
