6 green flags to look for in a sandwich shop ๐ (and yes, we tick every box)
1. Bread made from scratch โ ours is 72-hour fermented. Just flour, water, salt, and a whole lot of patience.
2. Wood-fired to order. Never sitting around, never reheated.
3. Quality ingredients โ San Daniele prosciutto, LP Quality Meats mortadella, Vanella's stracciatella, San Marzano tomatoes. We don't cut corners.
4. Sauces, marinades, dressings and curry pastes made in-house. No shortcuts. No shelf-stable jars pretending to be fresh.
5. Folded like a warm hug โ the way good food shold be served.
6. Sprinkled with love (and a little parmesan snow, if you're lucky).
