Located at 64 Thomas Street, Grange, Quincy’s is the newest bar and cafe to hit the Grange. Designed and constructed by local architecture firm Base Architecture, the venue draws inspiration from world-renowned Los Angeles architect from the 1930’s, Archibald Quincy Jones.

Join one of our bartenders as we take you through two cocktails from start to finish. We’ll make a classic, then put our own twist on it, while sharing a bit of cocktail history, practical tips, and simple techniques you can use at home.

Our goal? To help you turn your homemade cocktails from “Give this a try… is it any good?” into “Wow, that’s amazing!”

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already enjoy mixing drinks at home, you’ll leave with new skills, a couple of great recipes, and a lot of fun along the way.

Quincy’s will be operating on reduced hours on Mondays and Tuesdays during the school holidays due to the quieter periods. Wednesdays to Sundays will be our usual opening hours. Thanks so much for your understanding — we’ll be back to our usual hours as soon as school is back!
