'Tis the season for low 'n slow BBQ, the ultimate comfort food and a mighty fine way to celebrate a long weekend. 🔥❄️

The weather outside is brisk(et), the smokers are humming, and the tables are set for a weekend of good food and good company.

Think meltingly tender brisket, sticky ribs, Southern sides and a drink or two while winter does its thing outside.

Everything on this platter is free range, grass fed, ethically sourced and cooked low and slow until it's exactly right. That's just how we do it — BCorp certified, because the food should feel as good as it tastes.

Market morning. BBQ afternoon.

Tomorrow is the final for the season. If you're in the Hills, you know the drill: Browse the stalls, soak in the vibe, then follow the smoke... to Red Gum BBQ.

While the market wraps up its season nearby, we’ll be here doing what we do best- pairing slow-smoked, ethically sourced BBQ with the finest craft beer, wine, spirits, and cider the Peninsula has to offer.

Take in the autumn colors and those crisp, clear skies, but mind the extra traffic on the roads. It’s a fun day on the Hill, so take it slow and make the most of the region’s best.
