The Role
Floor Manager, to lead & develop their own team and support the Venue Manager with all the general duties of running the venue.
Bar Manager, to run up to 4 bars & develop the cocktail list taking care of the beverage ordering and all the other responsibilities of running the venue.
Our managers are expected to take ownership, develop their teams and contribute to the global growth of The Firehouse by providing the best hospitality experience.
Key areas of responsibility:
Lead operations and staff on shift
Conduct and take ownership of the general running of the Restaurant / Bar with the Venue Manager.
Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable
Develop the team through coaching & training
Manage inventory and financial side of the venue with the support of the Venue Manager
Skills
Proven experience in a management role in the hospitality industry is a MUST.
