We take all guest experiences seriously, but we do need to clarify the events of your visit.
Our menu clearly lists our dishes, and our service team is always happy to accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, or specific ingredient questions when ASKED. However, we cannot anticipate undisclosed preferences if they are NOT communicated to us BEFORE the food is prepared.
While we understand it is frustrating to receive a dish that wasn't quite what you expected, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the mistreatment of our floor staff.
Throwing a tantrum and directing anger toward our team members who are simply doing their jobs is completely unacceptable.
We always strive to find a solution when a mistake is made, but mutual respect is a requirement in our establishment. We wish you the best in your future dining experiences elsewhere.
