We invite you to come try us out with a ten-visit pass. These passes have no expiry date, offering you total flexibility. Additionally, we host a half Hyrox event on the last Saturday of every month that you can participate in.

Being a mum is one of the toughest, most rewarding jobs there is ❤️

It’s early mornings, late nights, endless giving, carrying the mental load, showing up even when you’re exhausted and somehow still finding the strength to care for everyone else.

To all the mums out there, whether you’re in the thick of it, just beginning the journey, missing someone, or are a step mum or mother figure we hope you feel appreciated today.

🔥 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT – BLAKE 🔥

What started as a decision to make a change not only for himself, but for his family too, became a commitment to better health, a better quality of life and becoming a stronger version of himself every single day 👊

9.5kg down in 8 weeks, body fat from 28.5% to 17.1% and 23kg lost overall since September 🤯

But honestly the best part has been seeing the effort behind the scenes. Early mornings before work, training session after session, no alcohol, sticking to the plan and just showing up every single day (sometimes twice a day) even when it would’ve been easier not to.

He also knocked out 2 Half Hyrox events and a full Hyrox sim during the challenge 💪
And now he’s officially locked in for his first official Hyrox event in Sydney this July 👊

To top it off, Blake finished 1st overall in the Men’s Individual standings for the entire Big 8 Challenge 🏆
With the 3rd best results in the challenge’s history 🤯

This wasn’t some random overhaul, short-term hard push or a “quick fix”. It’s the result of building real habits, discipline and consistency over time… and that’s exactly what Gritlab is all about 👊

Massive shoutout to Blake Heinemann-Little for absolutely killing it. We are so proud of you mate 👏

And for anyone sitting on the fence about starting… this is proof of what can happen when you back yourself, stay consistent and put in the work 👊

We know not everyone is about that super early alarm life (we see you 4:30 & 5:30 crew 👀), so we’ve added a 7AM class to the timetable!

If you owned just one car for the rest of your life, you’d look after it. You’d service it regularly, fuel it properly, fix issues early, and do everything you could to keep it running at its best for as long as possible.
