Open Tomorrow Friday 17th July 7-12pm

Have spoken to the council workers working in our carpark & I’ll have our spot back tomorrow, they will be working on the opposite side, but it will not interfere with us..

We have a favourite Toastie back tomorrow as well as a much requested new Drink Tend that everyone is craving..

Due to the WEATHER FORECAST for tomorrow, we have decided to make the call, to close tomorrow.

Pretty certain we should be ok to get out Friday, Saturday & Sunday, as there is much less wind & rain..

So let’s keep our fingers & toes crossed as I have a special drink & a special toastie planned, that I think you all will love 🩵🩵

The count is in guys.. and maybe this might explain why had had a little gridlock at the sandwich press today..
First time ever a Toastie has taken out top spot for Number 1 item of the day..
As a chef, this makes me so happy.. I’m so happy you guys are loving Toastie Sundays..

This is a little bit of an Appreciation post..🩵🩵
Meet Craig, my incredible husband. Some of you have probably already seen him around.. or even had a chat or 2 with him.. He recently “retired” from his actual job, which apparently just meant transitioning full-time into the unpaid, role of Chief Operations Officer here at Beach Barista! 😂☕️
Craig ensures everything trailer related is taken care of behind the scenes, so I can focus on doing all the fun stuff… He is the one:
🔧 Handling all the trailer maintenance to keep us safe and running perfectly.
🪧 Putting out our navigation signs in the wind and rain so you can always find your way to us.
💪 All the heavy lifting (and there is a lot of it!).
🛒 The endless supermarket and milk runs at a moment’s notice when we’ve been slammed. ( the amount of times I then don’t need them 🤦‍♀️)
And as the last scene suggests.. keeps us in Check!!
Craig, I literally couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for supporting me with this Beach Barista cafe dream every single day.
PS.. Retirement looks good on you😉

Another wonderful Saturday down at Shoalwater.. Ticking off more goals.. ✅
I am ever so grateful to all of you that came out today, to join us for Coffee & Toasties by the Beach 🩵🥰 Especially all the Singleton Locals that made the drive .. ( so many of you today).

I’ve been super busy this afternoon restocking for our Sundays at the Beach in Singleton.. Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow for Coffee & Toasties
