• If you are over the age of 18 you required to have your RSA
• Provide assistance to other staff to achieve restaurant goals.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain and display a high level of product knowledge including food and beverage items, promotional activities and restaurant services  Assist customers with menu selections according to individual needs including dietary requirements, religious requirements etc
• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.  Follow policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
