On a beautiful winter's day, the smell of freshly baked bread & cakes drifts through the dining room.

The sound of chatter and songs as our chefs literally sing as they prep, some classic Bon Jovi or rock ballads.

It is such a joy to hear the sound of fresh produce being chopped, conversation about new and exciting dishes with our amazing head chef

As the Pastry Chef of Sault Restaurant, you will be working with a wonderful team in delivering high-quality food, focusing on seasonal, regional produce. This is an amazing opportunity for a Chef / Pastry Chef to put themselves in the spotlight of culinary excellence. You will be working in an exclusive and supportive environment with a vibrant and talented team of chefs. We are seeking a talented PASTRY CHEF ready to take the next step in their career or an experienced CHEF who has the ambition, talent, and passion to step into the role.

Sault operates from Wednesday to Sunday, and this position is full-time. (Full advert available on SEEK)

You must be residing within Australia and be available for interview and multiple trials. IMMEDIATE start available, with a vision to fill the position once the best candidate is found.
