There has been an increase in disputes relating to Uber orders, with customers reporting items as missing from their deliveries.

Please be aware that our store has camera footage documenting every stage of the order process—from preparation in the kitchen, to packing, through to the delivery driver collecting the order and leaving the premises.

We investigate every missing-item claim and dispute those that are found to be inaccurate. While Uber's system may initially refund customers automatically, we routinely submit our footage and evidence to have fraudulent claims reviewed and reversed.

We understand that genuine mistakes can happen, and if we make an error, we will always take responsibility. However, repeated false claims impact small businesses and will not be tolerated.

Customers found to be making fraudulent or repeated inaccurate claims may have their details recorded, and future orders may be declined.

Thank you to the overwhelming majority of customers who support local businesses honestly and respectfully.

Apologies for any inconvenience to customers yesterday during first few hours open while Madden Glass was kind enough to replace our glass same day so we can trade.
1am Saturday morning, someone decided it was a good idea to test our their crowbar skills on our door locks. When they held fast, next best option I guess was kicking in the glass.
To the person who did this...I hope the 'junk drawer' you stole was worth it. 🤦‍♀️
