It's a busy time in our little holiday town and we hope everyone gets to stay safe and enjoy the time with great coffee and cheeky mince pies.

We're taking a little break from the roastery and can't wait to roast up a storm in 2026, back from January 5th.

We're roasting something special for spring.

This seasonal single origin comes from the Chelbesa washing station in the heart of the Gedeb Zone in Ethiopia's famed Yirgacheffe region. Smallholder farmers grow coffee at over 2,000 metres above sea level there. The result is a cup that's as elegant as it is vibrant.

In the cup, you'll find notes of bright florals, white nectarines, and the comforting notes of Earl Grey tea.

It's limited, it's lively, and it's perfect for any filter coffee drinker looking for something light and floral.
