Well - with so many people asking me about what I’m going to do in my retirement ( see photos attached for a hint😀) it seems the word is out!! Yes, Cafe Rhubaba has been sold and today is our last trading day. Two lovely young ladies are taking over tomorrow. Wanyeke,with the help of her daughter, are excite to share their passion for local produce and hospitality with you. My most heartfelt thanks to all the 35 staff members and loyal customers we have had over the past almost 8 years - you have kept me engaged, happy, motivated and loving life!!! ❤️❤️❤️😁. The Rhubaba crew have been in a baking frenzy this morning!!! Audrey made a double batch of scones and Jan has turned out a couple of Pear and Ginger Loaves as well as a yummy Rhubarb and Carrot Cake. Morning tea awaits….😁🧁🍰
